How to clean and maintain
Every few days, gently wipe the microphone opening and the speaker mesh with the included cleaning tool. Don't use water or alcohol — just the brush. Also clean the ear tips regularly. Store the devices in the charging case when not in use.

Does it really work without an app?
Yes. One button does everything: long-press for on/off, short-press to change programs and volume. No app, no Bluetooth pairing, no smartphone required. Jerome believes hearing aids should work like a pair of glasses, not a piece of software.
How long does the battery last?
Up to approximately 12 hours per charge. The USB-C charging case holds multiple charges and doubles as your storage case. The hearing aids turn on automatically when you remove them from the case, and off when you put them back. Charge overnight, wear all day.
What's the difference between Program 1 and Program 2?
Program 1 is the everyday setting — it amplifies all sounds around you naturally for speech, ambient, and general use. Program 2 adds enhanced noise reduction in both low and high frequency ranges, which helps in noisy environments: restaurants, crowded rooms, kitchens during dinner. Switch between them with a button press.
What if it whistles?
Whistling (feedback) usually means the ear tip isn't sealing properly — try a larger tip, reinsert the device more carefully, and make sure no earwax is blocking the microphone. Lowering the volume and keeping distance from objects that reflect sound (hands, pillows) also helps. If that doesn't solve it, the Fit Promise has you covered.
