60-Day Fit Promise
We want you to love your Hearo hearing aids. If they're not the right fit, you can return them within 60 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
Important: It can take 2–4 weeks for your brain to adjust to hearing aids. We encourage you to give them a fair try before deciding to return.
How to Return
- Contact us at support@hearo-hearing.com or call (681) 236-1261 within 60 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
- Pack the device securely in its original packaging (if possible) along with all accessories.
- Ship the return to the address provided in your return authorization email. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
- Receive your refund within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Conditions for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 60 days of delivery.
- The device must be in good condition (normal wear and tear is acceptable).
- All original accessories and packaging should be included (missing items may result in a partial refund).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or we made an error.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at support@hearo-hearing.com or call (681) 236-1261. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Used ear tips or domes (disposable components)
- Products returned after 60 days
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your current item for a refund and place a new order.
