By using this website ("Site") or purchasing Hearo hearing aids, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use this Site or purchase our products.

2. Product Information & Medical Disclaimer

FDA OTC Hearing Aid Category: Hearo hearing aids are Over-the-Counter (OTC) hearing aids regulated by the FDA under 21 CFR Part 800.30. They are intended for adults 18 years and older with perceived mild to moderate hearing loss.

Not a Substitute for Medical Advice: Hearo hearing aids are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you experience sudden hearing loss, pain, discharge, or severe hearing impairment, consult a physician or audiologist immediately.

3. Ordering & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is processed securely via our payment providers. By placing an order, you confirm that all payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

HEARO HEARING AIDS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the products will meet your specific hearing needs.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bachgold AG, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or products, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles. For US customers: Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may bring an action in small claims court if the claim qualifies.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
