Shipping Policy

Free shipping within the United States. Shipping costs $0 on every order, with no minimum order value. Nothing is added at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Processing time

Your order is packed and shipped from our US fulfillment center (Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment) within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive 3 to 6 business days after you order. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking

As soon as your kit leaves the warehouse, we email you a tracking link so you can see where your package is.

Priority Processing (optional)

If you add Priority Processing at checkout, your order is processed first and shipped within 1 business day. The carrier's transit time stays the same.

Returns

Returns are free: within 60 days we email you a prepaid return label. See our Refund Policy.
